Changes Ahead

First of all, thank you to those of you who have subscribed to this blog and supported me by your visits to see my art. Both actions are a tremendous encouragement to me.

I am writing to tell you about some changes that I am making. Essentially, my current online setup is very complicated and difficult to maintain. It is distracting from my studio time.

Therefore, I am going to move away from blogger and combine my "studio talk" blog and this sales blog. While I will no longer have a dedicated blog just for artwork, I will have posts that are just about new artwork, not studio talk. Those pieces will be titled "New Artwork: Name of Piece". So, if you subscribe to my blog you will be able to filter posts by title - or if you are a techie and can filter your feeds by category, they will be marked "for sale".

What you need to know:

If you want to be subscribed to the new blog, subscribe to my "studio talk" blog now and the change should be seamless. (Click on the "studio talk" button above. The subscribe function is at the top of the right hand sidebar.)

If you just want to check in, I will announce the new URL on this blog next week when it goes live. After that, this blog will become dormant.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone. I wouldn't do it if I didn't feel it was essential. Making these changes will give me more time to devote to art. To encourage readers to make the move, I will be raffling off a few pieces of my art.
